Ken is a Tax Partner and Co-Founder of Inouye, Shively & Longtin. He specializes in servicing individuals and closely held corporations. His goal is to provide the best tax and business planning services possible, explaining all options and allowing you to make the best possible decision regarding your financial future.

Ken is a graduate of California State University at Los Angeles where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in accounting. Ken gained expertise as a Senior Tax Manager with a Big Four accounting firm and also served as Tax Partner with a large Los Angeles based accounting firm.

Ken is active in various human relations organizations and is the past Chair and current Vice-Chair of the Orange County Human Relations Commission, the past President and current Treasurer of the California Association of Human Relations Organizations (CAHRO), and the founding Chair and current Chair of the Huntington Beach Human Relations Task Force. In addition, Ken Inouye has been an active member of the Japanese American Citizens League (JACL) for over thirty years; he has served as the National President, Governor of the Pacific Southwest District of the JACL as well as the President of the Southeast North Orange County Chapter (SELANOCO) of the JACL. Ken also had the honor of serving on the board of the Orange County Asian and Pacific Islander Community Alliance (OCAPICA) and he served as the Vice President of the Orange County Japanese American Association (OCJAA).

Doug is a Tax Partner of Inouye, Shively and Longtin.  Doug specializes in servicing Individuals, Small Businesses, Estates and Trusts. “Work “on” not “in” your business” (Paul Dunn) is Doug’s favorite quote. He has a passion for responsiveness and availability to his clients and above all he loves to help business owners find ways to enjoy life more while at the same time increasing their profit and business value. Doug is pleased to have his designation of "Quickbooks Certified ProAdvisor".

Doug is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton where he graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, majoring in accounting.  Doug’s professional experience includes management of the Audit, Accounting and Tax Departments. He acts as the Business Development Specialist of Inouye, Shively and Longtin during his 31 years of association.

Doug is active in his community and has held numerous positions within the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce (including being the chamber’s CPA for 12 years). Doug has chaired the Endowment Fund Board at his church. He is a former board member and chair of the finance committee for Lutheran High School of Orange County.

Mary is the Homeowner Association Audit Practice Manager and Partner.  Mary specializes in servicing Homeowner Association Audits and also works with Individual and Business clients. Mary focuses her time and energy on auditing and growing the Homeowner Association Audit Department. She is passionate about responsiveness and always being available to her clients.

Mary is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with emphasis in accounting. Mary’s professional experience includes experience as a Controller in private industry, Accounting Services Department Manager, Audit Department Manager and over 30yrs experience auditing Homeowner Associations.

Mary has been active in her community and has held officer positions (President, Treasurer, and Secretary) on the board of Soroptimist International.  She has also been treasurer of Liga International, Inc. ("Flying Doctors of Mercy”) and has served as the treasurer of the Dana Point Yacht Club.
